STARTMYCAREER.COM.AU is managed by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) and includes three key programs to support students in their career planning and profile Employers offering exceptional Graduate and Intern programs across Australia.  

Graduate Programs

AAGE manages three key programs for students:

•  The Big Meet is a free careers fair featuring Australia's leading employers looking for high quality graduates and undergraduates. The Big Meet is an opportunity for students to meet up to 100 of these organisations in one day and in one location.  Big Meet events are held in major cities across Australia. 
• The Top Graduate Employers rankings are the definitive guide to the Top 75 employers that provide the most positive experience for new graduates based on the opinions of the graduates
• The Top Intern Program rankings showcase the Top 60 employers that offer exceptional internship opportunities based on the opinions of the interns themselves.  

Graduate Program Rankings

Australian Association of Graduate Employers

The Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE) is the peak industry body for the graduate recruitment and development market in Australia. AAGE supports organisations that recruit and develop graduates or which offer services in connection with graduate recruitment and development.  AAGE is the only representative body in the Australian graduate recruitment market that is run by employers for employers.
